This high-strength Eclipse blend is bottled at 57.1% ABV (114.2 proof) and aged in charred ex-American whiskey casks, ensuring a bold and complex profile.
It is distilled using traditional column and double retort pot stills. The rum greets the senses with aromatic notes of vanilla, passionfruit, cardamom, and leather. The palate delivers an exceptional depth, featuring rich flavors of roasted pineapple, mocha, butterscotch, and a subtle hint of sea salt.
