Neurita Rosa Tequila is a unique and innovative expression that bridges the gap between traditional tequila and contemporary mixology. Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, this tequila is rested or briefly aged in barrels that previously held red wine, typically resulting in its distinctive light pink hue (Rosa). This short maturation period imparts subtle, nuanced notes of red fruit—such as strawberry or raspberry—alongside the classic, vibrant agave character. The resulting flavor profile is bright, fresh, and slightly floral, with a silky texture and a clean finish. This makes Neurita Rosa Tequila exceptionally versatile: ideal for sipping neat to appreciate its complexity, or as a sophisticated, flavorful base for elevated cocktails like a Pink Paloma or a nuanced Margarita.
