Noilly Prat Ambr?? Vermouth is a sophisticated and fuller-bodied expression of the revered French house, first crafted in 1986. Made in a similar fashion to the Blanc Original Dry, this amber vermouth is enriched with a proprietary selection of 15 botanicals, including rose buds, Guatemalan cardamom, and Sri Lankan cinnamon. This addition yields a rich, coppery-orange color and a complex flavor profile. On the palate, Ambr?? delivers notes of sweet cinnamon, candied orange, vanilla, and plump raisins, balanced by a hint of spice and an undertone of overripe fruit. Its full-bodied character and remarkable complexity make it perfect for sipping neat as an ap??ritif, or for elevating classic vermouth-based cocktails.
