Nordés Gin is a unique and vibrant Atlantic Galician gin distilled from Albariño grapes, giving it a distinctive, smooth, and aromatic wine base unlike traditional grain-based gins. This premium spirit captures the essence of the wild Galician coastline with its unique selection of botanicals.
Key botanicals include sage, spearmint, bay leaf, eucalyptus, and verbena, which contribute a fresh, herbal, and balsamic complexity. A prominent feature is the Atlantic touch, delivered by glasswort. The result is a beautifully balanced, aromatic profile that is bright, earthy, and exceptionally smooth. Perfect for a refreshing Gin & Tonic, Nordés delivers a taste of the sea breeze and the Galician landscape in every glass.
