Oliver Zeter Sauvignon Blanc Brut is a sophisticated German sparkling wine, a rare expression that showcases the aromatic potential of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. Hailing from the Pfalz region, this wine is produced using the M??thode Traditionnelle (or Classic Method), the same as used in Champagne, where secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle. This Brut offers a vibrant, crisp profile, distinguishing itself from still Sauvignon Blanc with its delicate, persistent mousse. Expect classic notes of gooseberry, passion fruit, and subtle herbaceousness, beautifully complemented by the autolytic complexity of brioche and almond from extended aging on the lees.
