Olmeca Altos Plata is a super-premium, unaged Blanco tequila crafted in the Los Altos region of Jalisco, Mexico. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave, this expression is unique because the agaves are slowly cooked in traditional brick ovens and then crushed using the Tahona wheel method, which extracts richer, deeper flavors than modern methods. Distilled in copper pot stills, Altos Plata presents a vibrant, herbaceous, and well-rounded profile. The nose offers sweet cooked agave, fresh citrus, and subtle spice.
