Ouzo Nektar Pilavas is a distinguished Greek aniseed liqueur crafted by the Pilavas family distillery in Patras since 1940. This expression is renowned for its smooth and balanced character, offering a sweeter profile than traditional ouzos. It is distilled with a careful selection of botanicals, where the dominant flavor of anise is elegantly complemented by subtle notes of licorice, fennel, and bright citrus and herbal accents. This meticulous balance results in a crisp and flavorful mouthfeel. At 38% ABV, it is mild and aromatic.
