Oxley London Dry Gin

Oxley London Dry Gin stands out due to its unique and patented cold distillation process, where the spirit is distilled at significantly lower temperatures under reduced atmospheric pressure. This innovative technique, pioneered in England, allows the 14 botanicals to retain a superior fresh character compared to traditional methods. The result is an exceptionally bright and crisp London Dry Gin, distinguished by an intense, vibrant citrus profile from hand-peeled, fresh grapefruit, orange, and lemon, which are frozen within 24 hours of picking. Juniper remains forward, supported by subtle notes of coriander and nutmeg. Bottled at 47% ABV, Oxley is remarkably smooth and versatile, making it an ideal choice for a clean, classic Martini or a sophisticated Gin & Tonic.
