Pearl of Mauritius Rum is a remarkable single-estate molasses rum hailing from the island's unique volcanic terroir. This premium expression is produced using Column and Pot still distillation before being aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels. The tropical climate of Mauritius accelerates the maturation process, resulting in a rich, deeply flavored spirit.
It presents an aromatic profile of tropical fruits, sweet vanilla, and subtle spice. On the palate, expect a velvety texture with notes of honey, dried apricot, toasted coconut, and a lingering warmth from the oak.
