Pedrera Monastrell is a vibrant expression of the Monastrell grape (also known as Mourvèdre) sourced from the sun-drenched vineyards of southeastern Spain. This wine showcases the varietal's natural intensity and depth, presenting a robust yet approachable profile. Aged briefly to soften its tannins, the wine displays a deep ruby hue and offers a complex bouquet of dark, brambly fruit—such as blackberry and plum—layered with notes of savory herbs, dried tobacco, and a hint of Mediterranean spice. On the palate, it is medium-to-full bodied, juicy, and well-balanced, with a smooth finish. It is an excellent pairing for hearty stews, cured meats, or grilled lamb.
