Pere Magloire Fine Calvados is an elegant and classic expression of Calvados, the esteemed apple brandy from the Normandy region of France. Crafted from a meticulous selection of cider apples, this spirit is double-distilled in copper pot stills and aged for a minimum of two years in French oak casks. This careful process imparts a smooth, well-rounded character. It presents bright, fresh apple notes on the nose, complemented by subtle hints of vanilla and spice from the oak. The palate is clean and vibrant, showcasing a perfect balance between fruit complexity and a gentle, warming finish. This Fine Calvados is excellent for sipping after a meal as a traditional digestif or for use in sophisticated cocktails.
