Created in 1837 by Ga??tan Picon, this unique spirit is based on a distillation of orange peels, combined with extracts of gentian and cinchona bark, resulting in a complex, herbaceous profile. With a deep amber hue, it offers a distinct aroma of bitter orange, complemented by earthy spice and medicinal notes. The palate is a balanced interplay of vibrant citrus sweetness and a persistent, rooty bitterness.
