The Pieropan La Rocca Soave Classico is a benchmark for top-tier Garganega, sourced from a single vineyard on volcanic, tufa-rich soil. Unlike typical lighter Soaves, La Rocca undergoes fermentation and aging in large French oak barrels, resulting in a wine of profound texture and complexity.
