Planteray Pineapple Stiggins’ Fancy Rum is a celebrated expression that pays homage to the practice of macerating pineapples in rum, dating back to the 19th century. Crafted by blending three-year-old column-still rums from Barbados with aged Plantation rums, this spirit is infused with the natural essence of Queen Victoria pineapples. The fruit, whose rind and flesh are steeped separately in the rum, imparts a rich, complex flavor profile.
