Pueblo Viejo Blanco Tequila is a benchmark expression crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, adhering to traditional methods in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. This unaged, crystal-clear spirit showcases the authentic, vibrant character of the agave plant.
The production emphasizes slow cooking of the agave in traditional ovens and a careful fermentation process, resulting in a tequila renowned for its exceptional quality and purity. On the nose, it offers bright aromas of fresh agave, citrus zest, and a hint of white pepper. The palate is clean and crisp, delivering a balanced profile of sweet cooked agave, herbal notes, and a smooth, refreshing finish. It serves as an excellent foundation for premium cocktails like the Margarita or Paloma, or can be enjoyed neat to fully appreciate its true essence.
