Purity Old Tom Organic Gin is an award-winning expression crafted in Sweden, returning to the style's 18th-century roots with a modern organic commitment. This highly acclaimed gin is distilled from an organic wheat base using a unique still process where the spirit is distilled slowly at a low temperature up to 34 times. The distillation uses hand-selected organic botanicals, including juniper, lavender, and a subtle addition of raw organic honey to achieve the signature Old Tom sweetness.
This gin offers a distinct profile that is rounder and richer than a London Dry, yet drier and more elegant than earlier Old Toms. Expect bright juniper notes followed by complex floral and citrus layers, culminating in a smooth, viscous mouthfeel and a long, pleasant finish. It is excellent for classic cocktails, such as a Martinez or a Tom Collins, where its character can truly shine.
