Quiquiriqui Wild Tepeztate Mezcal is an exceptional and highly sought-after spirit, distilled from the wild-harvested *Agave tepeztate* (Marmorata). This magnificent agave takes up to 35 years to reach maturity in the rocky, high-altitude terrain of Oaxaca, contributing to its rare and concentrated flavor profile. The mezcal is traditionally roasted in underground pit ovens, crushed by tahona, and double-distilled in copper pot stills, lending it a vibrant and complex character.
