It receives a distinctive sweet finish by being re-casked in delectable Pedro Ximénez Hogsheads sourced from the southern tip of Spain. Bottled at 92 proof (46% ABV), this expression delivers exceptional depth and balance.
The nose is greeted with hints of ripe fruit, subtle spices, and toasted nuts, all interwoven with the sweet influence of the PX sherry casks.
