Redwood Empire Lost Monarch Whiskey is a exceptional blend of straight bourbon and rye whiskeys, carefully curated to represent the spirit of the ancient California forests. This non-chill filtered blend is bottled at 90 proof, balancing the sweetness of corn with the spice of rye. It features a complex mash bill, resulting in a versatile and deeply flavored profile. On the nose, it offers inviting notes of honey, dark cherry, and baking spices. The palate delivers layers of rich vanilla, toasted oak, and a warm, peppery rye finish. It is crafted for both sipping neat to appreciate its complexity and for serving as a robust foundation in classic cocktails. Lost Monarch pays tribute to one of the tallest redwood trees, capturing the grandeur and heritage of the region in every bottle.
