Regal Rogue Bold Red Vermouth is an exceptional Australian semi-dry vermouth, offering a uniquely vibrant and complex profile. It is crafted from a base of Organic Shiraz and un-wooded Chardonnay wines sourced from New South Wales.
This "Bold Red" expression is distinguished by its infusion of 100% natural botanicals, including unique Australian native ingredients such as native pepper berry, wattle seed, and native thyme, alongside traditional spices like cinnamon, clove, and star anise. Further complexity comes from bitter orange, dried fig, and dried cherry.
The result is a layered, full-bodied vermouth that balances the rich fruit notes of the Shiraz base with aromatic spice and a subtle herbal earthiness. With its balanced sugar content, it is excellent served neat over ice with an orange twist, or as the robust, foundational vermouth in a classic cocktail like a Manhattan or Negroni.
