Rippa Dorii Verdejo is a sophisticated expression of the Verdejo grape, sourced from the high-altitude vineyards of Rueda, Spain. This region's unique terroir—characterized by continental climate and stony soil—imparts exceptional freshness and aromatic intensity to the wine.
This Verdejo presents a brilliant pale-yellow color and an expressive nose of fennel, fresh cut grass, and stone fruit like apricot. On the palate, it is crisp, elegant, and perfectly balanced, showcasing vibrant acidity alongside complex flavors of green apple, grapefruit, and a distinctive, pleasant bitter finish typical of high-quality Verdejo. Aged briefly on its lees for added texture, it offers a refined mouthfeel. It is an ideal accompaniment to seafood, chicken, or goat cheese.
