Rivers Royale Grenadian Rum stands as a powerful piece of liquid history, distilled at the River Antoine Estate, the Caribbean's oldest continuously operating rum distillery since 1785. This unique expression is crafted using methods largely unchanged for centuries, including utilizing cane juice in an antique, water-powered operation.
Bottled at a high proof (69% ABV/138 proof), this overproof white rum delivers an intense, complex, and unadulterated flavor profile. Notes of tropical fruit abound, revealing pineapple juice, banana, blackcurrant, and summer berries. This is balanced by the classic cane juice funk, featuring savory hints of grassiness, brine, and a subtle herbal character. It offers a bold, authentic taste of Grenadian tradition, ideal for the adventurous rum enthusiast.
