Crafted using exquisite Virgin Cane Honey, this molasses-based rum undergoes meticulous aging for 15 years in selected oak barrels, a process that imparts a sophisticated character and a deep mahogany hue. This lengthy maturation results in a complex flavor profile: the nose reveals inviting notes of vanilla, caramel, and dried fruit, leading to a velvety palate rich with sweet spice, cocoa, and a hint of tobacco. Bottled at 40% ABV, the 15 Year Old offers a smooth, warm, and lingering finish. It is an exceptional sipping rum, perfect for enjoying neat or over a single cube of ice.
