Rooster Reposado Tequila is a sophisticated expression crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, adhering to the traditional methods of high-quality Mexican distillation. After fermentation, the liquid is uniquely filtered through Mexican silver, a process that ensures an exceptionally smooth, refined base spirit. This Reposado then rests for a minimum of two months in French oak barrels. This controlled aging process imparts a nuanced layer of subtle oak and spice to the natural fruitiness of the agave.
