Roots Rakomelo Liqueur is a traditional Greek spirit celebrated for its unique blend of aged Tsipouro (grape marc distillate) and rich, natural forest honey, infused with aromatic spices like cinnamon and cloves. Originating from an ancient recipe used for warmth during the cold months, this liqueur is meticulously crafted to balance the robust character of the spirit base with a velvety sweetness.
The result is a complex, yet remarkably smooth profile. On the palate, it delivers a warm wave of spice and honey, followed by a lingering finish of dried fruit and herbs. Bottled at 28% ABV, it retains the depth of the rakomelo tradition while offering an elegant sipping experience.
