Rowan's Creek Bourbon is a distinct, small-batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey renowned for its unique character and higher proof. Bottled at 100.1 proof, this expression is named after the creek that runs through the property of the Willett Distillery.
It offers a complex and approachable profile, achieved through careful aging that results in a deep amber hue. The nose typically reveals rich layers of vanilla, sweet caramel, and toasted oak, complemented by subtle baking spices. On the palate, expect a velvety mouthfeel with robust flavors of dark cherry, brown sugar, and a lingering spice that is beautifully balanced by its proof. The finish is warm, smooth, and notably long, showcasing its maturity and depth. Rowan's Creek is celebrated by bourbon enthusiasts for its full flavor and exceptional balance.
