Rump@blic Sicilian Legacy Release 2 Rum is a unique and sought-after expression that bridges Caribbean craftsmanship with Sicilian finishing finesse. This limited release is carefully blended from select aged rums, often featuring distillates from notable origins known for their depth and character. The rum undergoes a pivotal secondary maturation or finish in casks previously used for high-quality Sicilian wines, such as Marsala or Passito.
This process imparts a distinct complexity, layering the traditional notes of molasses, brown sugar, and tropical fruit with rich, oxidative spice, dried figs, and hints of Mediterranean citrus. The result is a smooth, yet robust spirit that offers an exceptional tasting experience, perfectly suited for neat sipping to appreciate the full scope of its dual-origin aging.
