S.A. Prüm's Wehlener Sonnenuhr Spätlese is a classic expression from one of the Mosel Valley's most esteemed vineyards. The 'Sonnenuhr' (sundial) vineyard's steep slate slopes ensure perfect sun exposure, yielding intensely concentrated, late-harvest Riesling grapes. This Spätlese, meaning 'late harvest,' offers a delicate balance of residual sweetness and crisp, vibrant acidity, characteristic of the best Mosel wines.
