Saint James VSOP Rhum Agricole is a distinguished expression from Martinique, crafted exclusively from fresh-pressed sugarcane juice, rather than molasses. This process gives it a uniquely grassy, earthy, and highly aromatic profile—the hallmark of authentic Rhum Agricole. Certified AOC Martinique, it adheres to strict production standards, guaranteeing quality and terroir specificity.
The VSOP designation means this rhum has been aged for a minimum of four years in French and American oak casks, imparting a rich, amber hue and complexity. Expect notes of dried figs, dates, toasted oak, honey, and baking spices, culminating in a warm, long-lasting finish.
