Crafted from 100% Espadín agave, this mezcal is slow-roasted in underground conical ovens, which imparts its signature subtle smokiness. The crushed agave is then fermented naturally and double-distilled in copper pot stills, ensuring a clean and vibrant expression.
On the palate, San Cosme presents a beautifully balanced profile: the gentle wood smoke is complemented by rich notes of sweet cooked agave, subtle herbal tones, and a hint of salinity.
