San Matias Rey Sol is a truly exceptional Extra A??ejo tequila, recognized for its commitment to traditional craftsmanship and luxury aging. Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, it is distilled by Casa San Matias, one of the oldest distilleries in Mexico. This masterpiece is aged for an extended period???often three to five years???in new French oak barrels, imparting a profound depth and complexity. The result is a magnificent tequila with a dark amber hue and a velvety texture. Expect rich notes of dried fruit, toasted vanilla, intense dark chocolate, and roasted coffee.
