This very limited Mencia comes from 4 very old vineyards planted between 1901 and 1910 in the San Lorenzo del Bierzo. The blocks are actually a co-plantation with Doña Blanca situated at roughly 600m above sea level. The bush vines are farmed organically to help express their true character.
A wine with incredible depth and body. Dark, intense and juicy. Dried plums and earthy notes are followed by pomegranate molasses and tobacco.
