Santa Ana Gin is a unique Philippine-made spirit inspired by the 1920s dance hall in Manila, offering a complex and exotic flavor profile. Distilled with a blend of 10 botanicals, its heart features four endemic Filipino ingredients: ylang-ylang, almires, calamansi, and dalandan. These tropical components create a vibrant and aromatic gin that transports the drinker to the lush, sun-drenched Philippines.
The gin opens with bright citrus notes from the calamansi and dalandan, followed by the soft, floral essence of ylang-ylang. It finishes with a delicate, lingering warmth. Bottled at 42.3% ABV, Santa Ana Gin is perfect for crafting elevated classic cocktails like a Gin and Tonic or a refreshing Southside. Its distinctive character makes it an ideal spirit for adventurous mixologists.
