Shinobu 15 Years Pure Malt Japanese Whisky is a premium expression from the Niigata region, celebrated for its exquisite balance and depth. "Shinobu" means "forbearance" in Japanese, reflecting the patient artistry of its production. This pure malt is a blend of whiskies from around the world, finished in rare Japanese Mizunara oak barrels for 15 years. This unique finishing imparts distinct notes of sandalwood, coconut, and spice, layered over a core of sweet honey and vanilla. Bottled at a smooth 43% ABV and non-chill filtered, it offers a refined palate of fine oak, ripe fruit, and a wonderfully long, elegant finish.
