Shortcross Poitín is a premium, triple-distilled spirit crafted by the Rademon Estate Distillery in Northern Ireland. Poitín (or poteen) is Ireland's traditional 'white spirit,' historically known as a potent, unaged spirit. Shortcross elevates this tradition by using a blend of the finest botanicals and locally sourced ingredients, including whey alcohol.
Distilled in small batches in a copper pot still, this Poitín offers exceptional smoothness and complexity for an unaged spirit. It presents a vibrant nose of fresh grain and subtle spice, leading to a palate with creamy sweetness, delicate fruit notes, and a clean, warm finish.
