Sir Edmond is a revolutionary gin, distilled in the Netherlands and known for its unique infusion of bourbon vanilla. Unlike traditional dry gins, Sir Edmond uses this vanilla to impart a distinctly smooth, creamy, and subtly sweet character, challenging the typical juniper-forward profile. The base spirit is distilled from six botanicals, including juniper, cardamom, and angelica root, but the bourbon vanilla—sourced from Madagascar—is the star. This infusion process creates a beautifully balanced spirit that is exceptionally approachable and soft on the palate.
