Skipper Rum is a proud Demerara Rum with heritage tracing back to 1930, sourced from the renowned Diamond Distillery in Guyana. Demerara Rums hold Geographic Indication status and are celebrated as some of the finest dark rums, produced from local molasses using traditional, centuries-old methods.
This rum offers a rich, viscous mouthfeel, characteristic of high-quality Demerara expressions. The flavor profile is robust and complex, featuring intense notes of burnt sugar, rich treacle, and buttery toffee, complemented by hints of raisin, coffee, and a lingering bittersweet chocolate.
