Spytail Black Ginger Rum is a unique, French-made Caribbean rum with a distinct, naturally spicy infusion. The base spirit is distilled in the Caribbean, aged in former Cognac casks, and then shipped to the Dordonne region of France, where it is infused with fresh ginger and other exotic spices. This meticulous process results in a bold, full-flavored expression.
On the palate, it delivers a powerful yet balanced blend of rich molasses, tropical fruit, and dark chocolate, immediately followed by the warm, authentic kick of black ginger. This infusion provides a long, spicy, and warming finish.
