St Raphael Le Quina Rouge Aperitif is a classic French quinquina, celebrated for its rich, bittersweet character and complex profile. This aperitif gets its distinctive flavor from a blend of fortified wine, quinquina bark (the source of quinine), and aromatic botanicals, including bitter orange peels and cocoa.
The use of red wine provides a warm, fruity base and its beautiful ruby color. On the palate, expect a sophisticated balance where sweet red fruits and warm spices lead, followed by the distinctive, lingering bitterness of the quinquina.
