St-Rémy Signature Brandy is a contemporary expression from the renowned French house, created to bridge the gap between traditional brandy and modern mixology. It is meticulously crafted from a selection of French wines, distilled and then aged in two different types of oak barrels: new French oak, which imparts spicy, toasted notes, and traditional French oak, which contributes richness and complexity. This unique double-aging process results in a spirit that is both bold and exceptionally smooth. On the nose, expect subtle hints of vanilla and dried fruit. The palate is characterized by rich flavors of brioche, honey, and a hint of warm spice, culminating in a smooth, long finish. Signature is designed to be versatile, performing beautifully neat, on the rocks, or as the foundation for classic or creative cocktails.
