Loaded with citrus and ginger for the best kind of zip and zing- ginger beer cask, this has fast become a cult classic in the Starward line-up. An annual limited release, ginger beer cask was crafted because we were curious. Using barrels that matured a rich and beautiful ginger beer, we then transferred our three-year-old Apera and red wine barrel aged Whisky in and aged it further from there.
