Suntory Haku Vodka is a premium Japanese craft vodka distilled from 100% Japanese white rice. The name "Haku" means "white" in Japanese, referring to the color of the rice and the purity of the spirit. It undergoes a meticulous three-stage distillation process, first utilizing column stills and then pot stills, followed by a unique bamboo charcoal filtration process. This traditional method, used historically for purifying sake, gives the vodka its distinctive clean, soft, and subtle sweet flavor.
