Distilled four times with the core four botanicals of juniper, coriander, angelica, and licorice, the addition of the Rangpur lime peel, bay leaves, and ginger infuses the spirit with a vibrant and tart character. This profile offers a refreshing twist on classic London Dry style. The nose is bright and zesty, leading to a palate where the traditional piney juniper is beautifully uplifted by the sharp, juicy acidity of the Rangpur lime and a subtle spice.
