Tbilvino Saperavi is a deeply expressive red wine crafted from Georgia’s signature grape, Saperavi, meaning “dye” or “stain.” This indigenous varietal is unique because it is a teinturier grape, meaning both the skin and the flesh are red, contributing to its intense, inky color and powerful structure. Sourced from choice vineyards, this wine typically undergoes fermentation in stainless steel, preserving the purity of the fruit.
Expect a complex profile dominated by aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and plum, underscored by savory notes of tobacco, spice, and earth.
