Produced at Tequilera El Pandillo (NOM 1575) in Jalisco, this tequila is renowned for its specific process which utilizes high-mineral content well water, lending a unique, earthy, and mineral-driven profile to the spirit. The flavor retains the vibrant character of the cooked agave, complemented by the subtle influence of the aging process. Expect balanced notes of sweet vanilla, caramel, a hint of pepper, and pronounced herbaceous and mineral undertones.
