The Botanist Gin is an exceptional Islay Dry Gin, meticulously crafted at the Bruichladdich Distillery on the island of Islay, Scotland. It is renowned for its complex and unique botanical profile, featuring 22 hand-foraged, local Islay botanicals alongside nine classic gin aromatics.
This slow, low-pressure distillation process, known as the 'ugly betty' still, extracts the delicate essences of these ingredients, resulting in a gin of remarkable complexity and silky texture. Expect a vibrant bouquet of floral and herbal notes, balanced by zesty citrus and a warm, smooth finish. It serves as a sublime base for elevated Gin & Tonics, Martinis, and other classic cocktails, showcasing the wild spirit of Islay in every sip.
