The Busker Single Grain Irish Whiskey is a unique expression crafted at the Royal Oak Distillery, blending tradition with innovation. This distinctive whiskey is column distilled and gains its rich character from maturation in two types of casks: first in carefully selected ex-Bourbon barrels from the USA, and then finished in rare Marsala wine casks from Sicily's historic Cantine Florio. This dual aging process results in a delicate, pale straw-hued whiskey celebrated for its beautifully sweet finish. On the palate, expect rich layers of sweet caramel, soft vanilla, and oak, culminating in a satisfying, lingering sweetness. It is bottled at 88.6 proof (44.3% Alc./Vol.) and has won multiple awards for its quality and craftsmanship. Enjoy it neat to appreciate its complexity or over ice.
