The Norfolk PX Liqueur is an award-winning spirit created by The English Distillery, showcasing an innovative use of Pedro Ximenez sherry barrels after they have seasoned the distillery's whisky. By allowing their distillers to craft a liqueur from this flavorful resource, they achieve a sweet, sumptuous, and complex result.
Bottled at 20% ABV, this liqueur offers a bold sweetness on the nose, rich with pronounced notes of raisins, figs, dates, and dark chocolate. The palate provides further depth with flavors of manuka honey, robust coffee, and a hint of liquorice candy. This depth and luxurious character make The Norfolk PX an exceptional after-dinner sipper or a unique component for elevated cocktails.
