The London No.1 Gin Sherry Cask is a unique and complex expression that masterfully marries the botanical integrity of a premium London Dry Gin with the rich, nuanced influence of fine sherry butts. Initially distilled with 12 carefully selected botanicals—including gardenia and bergamot—this gin boasts a signature bright, floral, and subtly spicy character.
Following distillation, the gin is aged for a period in Oloroso sherry casks, which imparts a striking golden hue and deep layers of flavor. The palate evolves to include warm notes of dried fruit, nuts, and sweet spice, balancing the classic juniper-forward profile. Bottled at a bold strength, this spirit is excellent for sipping neat or elevating classic cocktails like the Negroni with a touch of vinous complexity.
