Initially distilled with 12 carefully selected botanicals—including gardenia and bergamot—this gin boasts a signature bright, floral, and subtly spicy character.
Following distillation, the gin is aged for a period in Oloroso sherry casks, which imparts a striking golden hue and deep layers of flavor. The palate evolves to include warm notes of dried fruit, nuts, and sweet spice, balancing the classic juniper-forward profile.
