Crafted by Maestro Mezcalero Emigdio Jarquín, this expression uses 100% Espadín agave, which is pit-roasted, tahona-milled, and double-distilled in a copper pot still. This Mezcal is renowned for its balanced, approachable profile, perfect for both newcomers and aficionados. It offers a subtle, sweet smokiness that complements bright herbal, citrus, and mineral notes from the earth, characteristic of the Miahuatlán terroir.
